About NG Domain
NG Domain helps individuals and businesses find, register and manage domain names. We are building a simpler path to an online presence, with a focus on the needs of Nigerian entrepreneurs and small businesses.
What you will do
- Build and maintain accessible, responsive customer experiences and the services behind them.
- Integrate APIs for domain operations, payments and related services.
- Write readable code, meaningful tests and concise documentation.
- Investigate bugs and improve performance, reliability and security.
- Collaborate with marketing and support to ship improvements grounded in customer needs.
What you will bring
- Practical experience building web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Comfort working with Node.js, HTTP APIs, asynchronous code and Git.
- An understanding of testing, debugging, input validation and secure handling of user data.
- Projects or work examples that show how you approach and solve engineering problems.
- The ability to break work into small deliverable pieces and communicate progress in a remote team.
Helpful, but not required
Experience with DNS, payment integrations, serverless systems, Cloudflare or AWS.
Working together
This role is remote and pays ₦200,000 per month in Nigerian naira. You should be comfortable managing your work, joining online conversations and sharing progress clearly. Working hours, start date and other arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
