Updating Your Billing Information at NG Domain
NG Domain keeps billing simple. Here's how payment works and how to keep the details on your receipts correct.
How Payment Works
- Every payment goes through Paystack's secure checkout. You choose how to pay there, from the options Paystack shows you.
- Your card details are entered on Paystack, never on our site, and we never see or store them.
- VAT at 7.5% is added at checkout and shown as its own line.
Keeping Your Details Correct
The name and address on your receipts come from the details you enter at checkout and on your account. To change them:
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Open your account profile.
- Update your name, phone number or address, then save.
Your email address is also how you sign in, so contact support if you need to change it.
If a Payment Fails
- Check that your card or bank account has enough funds and allows online payments.
- Try again, or choose a different payment option on the Paystack checkout.
- If you were charged but your order didn't complete, contact support with the transaction reference from your bank or Paystack email.
