Managing Your NG Domain Account Profile
Keeping your profile up to date makes sure renewal reminders and receipts reach you, and that your domains are registered to the right person.
Signing In
- Choose Sign in at the top of any page.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to continue. There's no password to remember.
What's in Your Profile
- Name: your first and last name.
- Email address: where we send sign-in codes, receipts and renewal reminders. Because it's also how you sign in, keep this inbox secure.
- Phone number: include the country code, for example
+2348012345678. - Address: street, city, state, postal code and country. These appear on your receipts and are used for your domain registrations.
Why Keep It Up to Date?
- Domain ownership: registries require accurate registrant details. Out-of-date details can cause problems if you ever need to prove you own a domain.
- Reminders and receipts: renewal reminders and receipts go to your email address.
- Faster support: we can confirm who you are and help you sooner.
