Renewal
Business email renews yearly, on its own plan separate from your domain. With auto-renew on, we charge your saved card a month before the end date. Turn auto-renew on or off, or renew early, on the domain's Email tab.
Upgrading to Pro
Click Upgrade to Pro on the Email tab. You pay for a year of Pro, and the unused part of your Starter year is credited onto it, so your Pro year runs longer than twelve months. The Starter renewal is cancelled for you.
Moving to Starter
You can switch from Pro to Starter when Pro renews, if your mailboxes, storage and aliases fit Starter's limits.
If it lapses

| Days 0–15 | Everything keeps working. We email you reminders. |
| Days 15–45 | Sign-in and sending are paused. Incoming mail is still kept. |
| Day 45 | Mailboxes and their mail are deleted, and the email DNS records removed. |
Renew any time before day 45 and everything comes back as it was. After that, buying business email again starts fresh.
Cancelling
Turn off auto-renew. Your mail keeps working until the end date, then follows the timeline above. Export anything you want to keep first. See Moving Your Old Mail, which works the same in reverse.
