- In Outlook, go to File → Add account (Windows) or Outlook → Settings → Accounts → + (Mac).
- Type your full address and choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually (Windows), or continue (Mac).
- Pick IMAP and enter:

- Enter the password when asked and finish.
If Outlook says it can't find settings automatically, that's expected for some versions. The manual settings above always work.
