Storage
Your plan's storage is a pool. Each mailbox gets a share when you create it; the Email tab shows how much is allocated and used. Mail and anything kept in Files both count towards a mailbox's share. When a mailbox is full, new mail to it bounces, so delete old mail or files, or move to Pro.
Sending limits
The daily limit counts messages, and each recipient of a message counts towards it. It resets on a rolling 24 hours. The limits keep shared sending servers trusted, which keeps everyone's mail out of spam folders.
Big files
Share files over 25 MB with a link from Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox instead of attaching them.
