A mailbox has its own inbox and password. An alias is an extra address, like hello@ or sales@, that delivers into a mailbox you already have. Aliases are free up to your plan's limit.

Add a mailbox
On the domain's Email tab, click Create mailbox. See Getting Started.
Add aliases
- In the Mailboxes list, click ⋯ next to the mailbox and choose Aliases.
- Type the extra addresses, separated by commas, such as
hello, sales. - Click Save aliases.
Mail sent to [email protected] now arrives in that mailbox, and you can reply from it in webmail.
Set a catch-all (Business Pro)
A catch-all receives mail sent to any address on your domain that doesn't exist. Click ⋯ next to a mailbox and choose Make catch-all. Catch-alls also attract spam, so turn it off if it gets noisy.
Forwarding
Forwarding mail out to another provider, such as Gmail, isn't supported yet. Webmail's settings show forwarding options, but mail forwarded that way may not arrive, so don't rely on them. To read your business email in Gmail, add the account to the Gmail app instead. See Email on Android.
Turn off or delete a mailbox
- Turn off stops sign-in and sending but keeps the mail. Turn it back on any time.
- Delete removes the mailbox and all its mail for good.
